Lotad and Snorlax!
It’s also a lesson to me on proper photo-taking. The first picture was taken with good lighting in a good destination, and the second was taken right before I shipped the order out. Note to self to never take rush-photos. That being said, I have waaay more pictures of the Lotad!
He was also a pretty big order for me because he is my very first shipment to Spain! So that’s exciting. It’s cool to know my work is in so many different countries! I’m very excited to keep making more orders and expanding.

This one was an online order that was pretty tricky to make! I wanted the tentacles to look natural but still be able to support her weight. In the end, I added an addition to her midsection so I could better craft her bustline (as weird as that is to say) and help her weight be supported without her hunching over. So, people of the internet, I give you: Ursula!
The hair was another tricky issue, too. I wanted to be sure it would stand up without putting too much product into it and making it tacky. So I actually hung her upside down and sprayed it with hairspray, leaving her there suspended with a coat hanger until it dried. Now it stays up pretty well!
This is actually my first Disney piece! I had expected to do something Disney much sooner when I first started crocheting, but better late than never! Maybe I’ll churn out some more characters soon- if I can find the time!

Eevee has long been one of my favorite pokemon, so when I found a purple yarn perfectly matching Espeon, I couldn’t resist!
I posted it to Reddit and got some great reactions, as well as some orders for more eeveeloutions! Within the week, I’d made almost the whole bunch.
It was great seeing all of these little ones together, and taking these group pictures with them. I’m sure finishing the set is in my future, too!

This one was a special request from a friend’s daughter! They’re the cats from an anime called Fairy Tale.
I don’t have too much to say about this one, considering I don’t watch the anime, but they were fun to make!

Ok, so this one is totally cheesy. But whatever, it’s how I roll.
I made little helper animals for my sister and her roommates for Christmas. Each one of them came with a little poem that personified what they’re lucky for. I didn’t write names on them, so they had a lot of fun picking out which animal went to which person! They are as follows:
I have a little Panda Friend
To help me through the day.
He helps me to take care of me,
With food and sleep and play.
It’s stressful when you feel like there’s a lot that must be done.
But if I lived like Panda Friend, well that would be more fun!
I have a little Hermit Friend
To help me through the day.
He helps me to come out a bit
When I want to hide away.
Sometimes I try to fit myself in shells that aren’t my size.
But me and Hermit Friend will find a cozy compromise.
I have a little Snaily Friend
To help me through the day.
He reminds me to keep my hope,
Even when skies are grey.
It’s hard to remain positive when rainy days are here,
But dewey weather makes for me the perfect atmosphere!
I have a little Turtle Friend
To help me through the day.
He reminds me to take it slow,
And live my life my way.
The speed I set myself to go is always the best pace.
So Turtle and I smell the roses AND we win the race.

I’ve been a big pokemon fan for the majority of my life, so when I started crocheting, I knew someday I wanted to open a pokemon-themed booth in our town’s local annual anime convention! I thought this year would be the year, and started work on all sorts of pokemon paraphernalia. Well… life got in the way a little, so I didn’t make nearly enough to have a booth, but I did finish these little guys!
Squirtle and Eevee! Eevee because it’s one of my favorites, and Squirtle because I had the right colors onhand. I also finished a Mew for an order! I forgot to take pictures of it, though, so I had to solicit them from the person who ordered him.
