This week’s a freebee at Top Ten Tuesday, and I thought I’d make a nod to all of the books that will forever be cluttering my shelves! I know the organizers out there love to tidy and donate and give away books, but I have a dream of someday having a gigantic bookshelf of books that I adore. Here’s ten that contribute to that goal!

1) Poison

Perhaps my very first favorite book… and one no one else has ever seemed to have heard of!

2) Redeeming Love

Maybe it’s a bit crazy to have this one on the list.. because I haven’t read it yet! But I just know I’ll love it, and I’ll never lose it.

4) The Graveyard Book

I’ve probably re-read those two books more than any other book I own. I guess there’s something about books you loved as a child.

5) The Scorpio Races

There were times this book made my heart stop. One of my all-time favorites!

6) The Lunar Chronicles

My second-favorite series of all time.

7) The Chaos Walking Trilogy

My first-favorite series!

8) Future Winds

I actually own several different copies of this book. One’s signed, and one donated to Save a Bunny!

9) Little Brother

This one was given to me by an ex.. but eh. When you love a book you love a book.

10) Twilight

Would it be uncool to say I loved this book before it was cool? Yes, I know we all hate the hype surrounding it, but I was the first of my friends to have heard of it. My sister’s friend let her borrow it, and I started reading it when she was done, but she had to return it before I was finished. I searched around TIRELESSLY to find it! I put my elementary school librarian through heck so that I could finish this damn book. So it’s earned itself a permanent spot on my bookshelf.
